Shipping Policy

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on item availability, seasonal volume and carrier schedules. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Methods

Surfboards, paddleboards and larger items ship using freight carriers due to size and handling requirements. Smaller accessories may ship by standard parcel carriers. Transit times vary by destination and carrier.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight and shipping location. For any orders that included Special, Discounted or Free shipping offers, the buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, transaction and related costs in the event of a return.

 

Order Changes

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed. Any order changes or cancellations after shipment are considered returns and will follow our return policy.

 

Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Liquid Shredder Inc is not responsible for delays, lost packages or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments may require an appointment and curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you directly if an appointment is needed. It is the customer’s responsibility to be present for freight deliveries.

 

Inspection and Damages

All items must be inspected upon delivery before signing for the shipment. If your board or package arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately at info@liquidshredder.com with photos of the packaging and product. Claims cannot be processed without documentation at delivery.

 

International Shipping

International shipping availability and costs vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
