Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Any product may be returned in new, unopened condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping, freight and/or handling charges incurred by Liquid Shredder Inc. All freight, packing, and handling charges both ways are the responsibility of the buyer (Unless specifically written that Liquid Shredder will cover these charges, in which case the buyer would still be responsible for the same charges once a return is initiated). Any change or cancellation of an order once shipped is considered a return since shipping and other costs will have been incurred.
If your order included special, custom, discounted or free shipping, you are responsible for all shipping, handling, transaction and other costs incurred by Liquid Shredder Inc, plus the return shipping.
Boards in new condition but with opened retail packaging can be returned minus all freight and handling charges and a 30 percent restocking fee. Used product or product not in new condition may not be returned.
To obtain a Return Authorization (RMA), email info@liquidshreddersurf.com with your order number and reason for return. Items may not be returned without an RMA code.
No return can be accepted without a suitable carton. Return cartons are available at the buyer’s expense.
Returns must be made where they were originally purchased, and are subject to the individual seller's return policy. If a board was not purchased through LiquidShredder.com, please contact your original vendor for return information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can review the issue and make it right. Photos may be required to complete a claim.
Warranty
All Liquid Shredder products sold at retail pricing are covered by a 90 day warranty. If the craftsmanship of your board does not hold up during normal (non-commerical) use, please contact us for a replacement.
Exceptions and non returnable items
We cannot accept returns for used products, custom items, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are considered returns. To exchange an item, return your original product following the process above. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval notice, contact info@liquidshreddersurf.com.
Where to send returns
Return shipments must be sent to the address provided in your RMA email. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.
Attention European Union Customers:
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be new, unused, in original packaging and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. All freight and handling terms above still apply.
